Nortech Innovative Products warrants each new product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use unless otherwise stated. All product is warrantied for a period of 1 year unless otherwise stated to be free of all defects. LED product warranty is that the LED Diodes be free in manufactured defects, materials and workmanship under normal use for up to 5 years, unless otherwise stated. LED SAE Lighting is 5 years for the LED Diode under normal use. The LED warranty does not cover housing, bases, enclosures circuit board and wiring. These are covered for 1 year. All Warranty applies to the original end user only, and is non transferable and is terminated upon the possession of the product by anyone other than the original owner. Product must be installed and used in accordance with normal circumstances and the manufacturers recommendations. There are no warranties expressed or implied which extend these warranty periods. Damages, the loss of use of the product, loss of time, inconvenience, commercial loss, or any other consequential damages including cost of any and all labour are not covered by the warranty. The warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear.
Product will be reviewed for warranty and may be returned to the customer if it is not defective. Nortech reserves the right to repair any item under warranty and return the product repaired. Nortech has a replacement warranty if the product is found to be defective within the stated warranty period of the product. Any product found to be free of defects and in working condition will be returned to the customer at their expense.
